Residents urge judge to reject Prologis nonsuit in warehouse fire and odor trial

Carson-area residents urged a Los Angeles judge to deny Prologis' nonsuit motion, arguing trial evidence shows the warehouse owner's conduct substantially contributed to a fire and months-long rotten egg odor.

Carson-area residents in Los Angeles County who testified that a lingering rotten egg odor was caused by a Prologis warehouse fire have urged a judge to deny the company's nonsuit motion.
