Inglewood says Hollywood Park development agreement void under California law

Inglewood answered developers' lawsuit by arguing the Hollywood Park development agreement is void, barring public payments and defeating claims for hundreds of millions tied to SoFi Stadium's surrounding project.

A high-stakes legal battle over the multi-billion-dollar Hollywood Park development reached a critical juncture on Friday as the City of Inglewood answered a lawsuit brought by its developers.
