Former Girardi Keese attorney Keith D. Griffin has agreed to change his plea in an Illinois federal case alleging that he violated court orders by helping Tom Girardi withhold settlement funds from the families of plane crash victims.
Griffin, who was indicted and pleaded not guilty to the charges in August, is now set to appear at a change of plea hearing in March before U.S. District Judge LaShonda A. Hunt in Chicago, according to a minute entry filed on Tuesday.
