Omnus Law taps San Jose litigator to lead national practice
Omnus is almost entirely remote, with attorneys in 17 states. Its fully immersive digital headquarters, the "OmnusVerse," serves as the firm's central hub.
Omnus Law has merged with San Jose boutique Hansen Law, bringing over Craig Hansen as partner and litigation chair and Philip Yeager as partner and appellate chair.
Hansen brought his team to Omnus. They include Yeager and Jack J. Ferguson as partners, and four other litigators, expanding the firm's complex commercial litigation, real estate, trust and estate, fiduciary, and appellate litigation practices.
