Ticketmaster seeks dismissal with prejudice of Swift fan contract claims

Ticketmaster and Live Nation urged a federal judge to dismiss breach of contract claims tied to the 2022 Taylor Swift "Eras Tour" ticket sale, arguing fans have repeatedly failed to allege enforceable agreements despite multiple chances to amend.

Ticketmaster and Live Nation are making a renewed push to permanently silence lingering breach of contract claims in the long-running litigation over the 2022 Taylor Swift "Eras Tour" ticket sale.

In a partial motion to dismiss, the ticketing giants argued that Taylor Swift fans have failed for the sixth time to provide the legal specificity required to sustain their contract-based allegations.
