Claims against Bird Marella partner dropped from Sofie investor lawsuit

Investors alleging a suppressed valuation in a nuclear medicine acquisition dropped claims against Ronald J. Nessim and his firm, Bird Marella, while the lawsuit continues against Reed Smith, Kroll, and other defendants.

Claims against a prominent Los Angeles law firm and one of its name partners have been dismissed from an investor lawsuit that accused the defendants of helping to suppress the valuation of a nuclear medicine business.
