Five firms pitch to be lead counsel in suit over Apple's AI training
Five plaintiffs' firms pitched U.S. District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers on serving as lead counsel in a proposed class action accusing Apple of using copyrighted works to train its AI model, with the court expected to decide soon.
Five law firms made their cases to U.S. District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers on Tuesday to serve as lead counsel in a class action against Apple over its alleged use of copyrighted works to train its AI model.
