Jury awards $25M in landmark PAM cooking spray liability case

A Los Angeles jury awarded $25 million to a plaintiff who developed severe lung disease after long-term PAM cooking spray use, finding Conagra failed to warn consumers and was fully liable.

In a landmark decision, a Los Angeles jury awarded $25 million to a product liability plaintiff after finding that Conagra Brands Inc. failed to warn consumers about the dangers of its household staple, PAM cooking spray.
