Autodesk sues Google over 'Flow' name for AI video software

Autodesk filed suit in federal court alleging Google infringed its FLOW trademark and caused market confusion by launching an AI video creation product under the same name, seeking damages and an injunction to bar further use.

Google is being sued by software company Autodesk for alleged trademark infringement and unfair competition over use of the name "Flow" for its artificial intelligence video creation software.
