A federal judge allowed unjust enrichment claims over allegedly defective MacBook batteries to continue, dismissing fraud, warranty and California consumer law claims while granting plaintiffs limited leave to amend pleadings.

Senior U.S. District Judge Edward J. Davila allowed a lawsuit against Apple over allegedly defective MacBook batteries to go forward on unjust enrichment claims while dismissing the six other claims in the complaint.
