The tie of the San Diego law firms blends a plaintiffs' side litigation and a business transactions practice.
The Schenk Law Firm has merged with Lizerbram Law, uniting a plaintiffs litigation practice with a business advisory firm in what the partners say is an uncommon pairing in the legal market.
The combined firm will operate as The Schenk Law Firm. David Lizerbram, who led a San Diego transactional practice for more than 20 years and has been of counsel to the firm for about a year, joins as a partner to lead its business advisory work.
