Brother of Pat Tillman pleads guilty to arson of San Jose post office

Richard Tillman admitted setting a San Jose post office ablaze in July, telling investigators he acted to "make a statement" to the U.S. government. He faces at least five years in prison.

Richard Tillman, the younger brother of former NFL safety and U.S. Army Ranger Pat Tillman, pleaded guilty Monday in federal court to maliciously destroying government property by fire after setting a U.S. post office in South San Jose ablaze and livestreaming the fire.
