Hausfeld LLP and Gibbs Mura will serve as lead counsel in a class action potentially involving millions of plaintiffs against financial services company Prosper Funding, according to an order issued by U.S. District Judge Charles R. Breyer on Friday.
Breyer said he based his decision on the firms' work in the case and their experience with similar lawsuits.
