Plaintiffs accused Texas law firm of discovery abuse in dispute with employees
A San Francisco Superior Court judge rejected six motions, including requests for terminating sanctions, in a wage-and-hour and retaliation case against Lloyd & Mousilli and its principals.
A judge denied a flurry of motions, including terminating sanctions, in a wage and retaliation lawsuit brought against a Texas-based law firm by two former employees.
At a hearing Tuesday, plaintiffs Rachel Crockett and Dana Kempler asked the court to sanction Lloyd & Mousilli, its owner Feras Mousilli and the firm's head of operations, Megan Matthees, for what they described as "massive discovery abuse for sixteen months."
