Musk asks judge to delay Twitter securities trial, certify appeal issues
Elon Musk's attorneys asked Judge Charles R. Breyer to postpone next week's securities trial over his Twitter acquisition, arguing plaintiffs' revived scheme theory expands the case and warrants additional discovery and potential interlocutory appeal.
