Musk, OpenAI seek to bar each other's evidence for fraud trial

Elon Musk and OpenAI filed dueling motions in limine ahead of trial, seeking to exclude evidence on government investigations, personal conduct and expert testimony in Musk's fraud lawsuit.

Lawyers for Elon Musk argued proposed evidence about OpenAI's business practices could wrongly influence the jury and isn't relevant to his lawsuit claiming the company defrauded him into donating money under the guise it would continue to operate as a nonprofit.
