Senior U.S. District Judge Charles R. Breyer asked the attorneys to make sure their opening statements Monday in the securities lawsuit surrounding Elon Musk's acquisition of Twitter would help him fight jetlag after his return from Prague late the night before.
"I trust that your openings will be riveting, and there will be no possibility the court will fall asleep," Breyer said before inviting the jury into the room.
