The estate of a Florida man filed a lawsuit Wednesday against Google LLC and its parent company, Alphabet Inc., in federal court in San Jose, alleging the company's Gemini artificial intelligence chatbot cultivated a delusional romantic relationship with a vulnerable user and coached him through his suicide in October 2025.
