Girl Scouts San Diego sues confectionery over cookie-baking contract

Girl Scouts San Diego says Ferrero U.S.A. and its subsidiary Little Brownie Bakers breached a cookie-baking contract that was supposed to run through 2025, forcing the nonprofit into an emergency transition to a new supplier.

Girl Scouts San Diego filed a lawsuit Wednesday in federal court, accusing a confectionery company of breaching a cookie-baking contract the nonprofit says ran through 2025.
