A San Francisco judge scolded an Amazon attorney while issuing her $3,500 in sanctions Friday over delays in producing documents in a civil rights and wrongful termination lawsuit against the corporation and its delivery contractor.
The plaintiff, a former Amazon delivery driver, claims her employment with Amazon's contractor, OnPoint Logistics, was terminated because she complained about discriminatory and sexually harassing conduct by executives and managers.
