New U.S. magistrate judge named in San Diego

Guillermo "Gil" Cabrera was a litigator and a judge pro tem in state court.

Guillermo "Gil" Cabrera was sworn in as a magistrate judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California on Wednesday, filling a vacancy created by the retirement of Magistrate Judge Karen S. Crawford.
