I was one of the lawyers who represented Cerissa Riley in the criminal case filed against her and Dr. Grant Robicheaux in 2018 by then-Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas. Following the filing of charges, additional compelling evidence--including sworn testimony by key witnesses--was adduced which undermined the legitimacy of the charges that had been filed against Riley and Robicheaux.
