Tense cross-examination puts Musk on defensive

On the second day of testimony, Elon Musk clashed with defense counsel over OpenAI's shift to a for-profit model and his own actions as a co-founder.

When Elon Musk's lawyer, Steven F. Molo, finished questioning his client Wednesday about his objection to OpenAI's move toward a for-profit model and his own role in its evolution, his counterpart for the defense gave Musk a quick but fitting preview of his cross-examination.

"I have a lot of [questions] for you," William Savitt of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz told Musk.
