Federal judge denies class certification in Calico Critters toy lawsuit

U.S. District Judge Otis D. Wright II ruled that plaintiff Williene Jackson-Jones failed to meet the requirements for class certification after the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals determined she lacked standing to seek injunctive relief.
