Apple reaches $250M settlement over iPhone AI claims
Consumers who purchased certain iPhone 15 and 16 models could receive up to $95 under a proposed class action settlement over Siri AI features.
Three plaintiffs' firms reached a $250 million settlement with Apple Inc. Tuesday to resolve federal class actions accusing the technology giant of misleading consumers that its then-new iPhone included AI advances in its Siri voice assistant.
