Judge approves $303M settlement for NCAA volunteer coaches

The deal includes $90 million in attorneys' fees and payments averaging about $39,000 for 7,700 coaches

A federal judge on Monday approved a $303 million settlement benefiting so-called volunteer coaches, including $90 million in attorneys' fees.

U.S. Senior District Judge William B. Shubb approved the settlement from the bench after a brief hearing. Justin P.
