Musk rests case after Nadella, Sutskever testify in OpenAI trial
Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and OpenAI co-founder Ilya Sutskever defended the company's restructuring and leadership decisions as Elon Musk's attorneys rested their case in the closely watched Oakland trial.
While a two-story-tall balloon effigy of Elon Musk giving a Nazi salute stood outside the federal courthouse in Oakland, Musk's lawyers rested their case after testimony from two witnesses jurors already knew well by name.
