Prominent Quinn Emanuel litigator Harry Olivar killed in car crash
The law firm said the head of its national securities practice died Friday in central Georgia.
Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP announced Monday that longtime partner Harry A. Olivar Jr., chair of the firm's national securities practice and a member of its Los Angeles office, died in an automobile accident in central Georgia on Friday. He was 62.
The crash also killed Olivar's stepson, David Jackson. Olivar's wife, Leigh, was seriously injured and remains hospitalized, according to the firm. He is survived by his wife and four sons: Jordan Olivar, David...
