Mediation confidentiality brawl, Round 2

SB 574, which would set AI safeguards for mediation and arbitration, has stalled on the Assembly's suspense file amid a fight over new provisions that would force certified mediators to disclose confidential work product during complaint investigations.

A fight over mediation confidentiality is once again taking place behind the scenes in Sacramento.
