The California Trucking Association has dismissed its federal challenge to California's Advanced Clean Fleets regulations after state regulators formally repealed zero-emission requirements for high-priority and drayage fleets.
The association and California Air Resources Board Executive Officer Steven S. Cliff filed a joint stipulation of dismissal Thursday in Sacramento federal court, agreeing that each side will bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.
