Assemblymember Krell again sues federal agencies over immigration court records

The Sacramento Democrat is seeking records on immigration courthouse arrests and restrictions on public access, citing a June ruling that struck down federal courthouse-arrest policies.

Assemblymember Maggy Krell, D-Sacramento, has again sued federal immigration agencies, accusing them of withholding records about courthouse arrests and restrictions on public access to immigration proceedings.
