Ex-client sues firm and attorneys over $5.89M default

A former client of Sellar Hazard & Lucia claims the firm's attorneys failed to respond to a lawsuit against him, leading to a $5.895 million default judgment.

Attorneys for a former client of Sellar Hazard & Lucia have sued the Concord-based firm and two of its lawyers, alleging they failed to respond to claims against their client in an underlying contract dispute, resulting in a $5.895 million default judgment.

Sellar Hazard & Lucia and attorneys Christian Lucia and Justin Graham denied the allegations.
