Schwarzenegger seeks security costs over attorney's Instagram post

Arnold Schwarzenegger wants a car-crash plaintiff to pay added courthouse security costs he says could result from her attorney publicizing his expected trial testimony on Instagram.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is asking a Los Angeles judge to require a woman suing him over a 2022 car crash to pay for any additional courthouse security prompted by her attorney's Instagram post regarding his expected testimony.

Attorneys unrelated to the case on Thursday said the request is unusual and raises significant First Amendment concerns.
