Environmental groups sue LA over records from Boyle Heights fire
Three environmental groups sued Los Angeles, alleging the Fire Department failed to adequately search for or timely produce records about its response to a Boyle Heights warehouse fire and alleged chemical releases.
Three environmental activist groups are accusing the Los Angeles Fire Department of failing to turn over public records about its response to a June fire at a Boyle Heights cold-storage facility and what they say were subsequent releases of ammonia and other hazardous substances.
