Ahead of an Oct. 14 hearing on Lyft's motion to dismiss in the multidistrict litigation over claims its liable for sexual assault committed by its drivers, U.S. District Judge released a list of questions she plans to ask the parties, largely focusing on a 2017 California Public Utilities Commission report that found the company didn't need to fingerprint its drivers.
