LGBT Equality

Some law firms earn high ranks on LGBT issues in the Corporate Equality Index.

The annual Corporate Equality Index, which ranks American firms on workplace equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender employees, considers such criteria as benefits for domestic partners. This year 30 American law firms achieved an employer rating of 100 percent (more than twice the number with that rating in 2007), including these with offices in California.
