This supplement is a new iteration of the California Neutrals supplement we published for three years. By rebranding it Litigation and Arbitration we hope to create content that brings together the ADR community and the litigators they serve.

Besides advertising profiles of ADR professionals and companies, this supplement features news articles and columns of interest to litigators. Another exciting feature are questions posed by California's top litigators and answered by leading ADR professionals. The Q&As in the print edition are just a taste. Litigators posed piercing questions about the industry and arbitrators and mediators rose to the challenge with thoughtful and illuminating answers.
