Reed Smith partnered with Major, Lindsey & Africa LLC and the Diversity Lab to co-host a Feb. 7 event celebrating law firms who achieved Mansfield Rule certified status. The metric measures the diversity of the pool from which law firms actively consider candidates for open leadership and governance roles. Held at the California African American Museum in Los Angeles, the event drew more than 220 guests. Reed Smith is one of 27 firms in the country to achieve Mansfield Certified Plus status in 2018.
