Late Justice Norman Epstein to be honored with special court session
Epstein died last March. He retired as presiding judge of Division 4 of the 2nd District in 2018. He had served 28 years on the Court of Appeal and 45 as a judge.
A special memorial session of the 2nd District Court of Appeal to honor Justice Norman Epstein will be held on Monday, Jan. 29 at 1:30 P.M. in the courtroom at the Ronald Reagan State Building, 300 So. Spring St.
