Cohen has mediated several hundred litigated matters as a mediator and advocated as litigation counsel in several hundred more. Cohen is Co-Chair of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Mediation Section which presents monthly CLE sessions featuring preeminent mediators and is involved in numerous training and continuing education programs. Prior to becoming a mediator Cohen was a partner in two Beverly Hills law firms focusing on real property and personal injury litigation.
Cohen has tried more than 100 bench, arbitration and jury trials and has been involved in well over 1000 disputed matters.
