Bruce Clemens co-founded the Beverly Hills family law firm of Jaffe and Clemens in 1977 and served as the managing partner for 42 years until 2019. Beginning in 2019, became a full-time family law settlement neutral exclusively at ARC. Mr. Clemens combines a unique multi-disci

plinary approach in dispute resolution at the highest level with very moderate fees that result in much greater affordability.

Before joining ARC, Mr. Clemens handled more than 700 complex marital dissolution cases with an aggregate net worth in excess of $35 billion. He settled 95% of his cases and was the first chair trial attorney in the 5% that did not settle. He brings this settlement and litigation experience into his mediations. The result is insight, creativity, credibility, and usually settlement.

A Certified Specialist in Family Law since 1980, Mr. Clemens has been consistently recognized by national publications as one of the best family law attorneys in California and has received numerous honors and awards. He is a prolific lecturer, author, and panelist on family law topics. He has taught more than 40 family law courses including for the State Bar of California, USC Law Center, UCLA School of Law, American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and the American Bar Association.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Clemens was a computer systems analyst at the Goddard Space Flight Center for the Apollo 8/11 First Man on the Moon project.
