The importance of the chain of command. The legal process has to play out. An appeal doesn't happen until there's a judgement. A court case doesn't happen until a complaint is filed. There is a process that must be followed, much like the chain of command. The process allows for the discovery and evaluation of the facts so that decisions are not a rush to judgement.

I served my country. I made many sacrifices at a very young age. I matured quickly. Being a veteran now shows an appreciation by my country during the Vietnam war era.
