Lieutenant Commander
I learned so many habits that have served me well as a lawyer, including attention to detail, planning ahead, perseverance, brevity and punctuality. It may sound cliché, but I owe so much of my success in the legal profession to the things I learned in the service. The military gave me my work ethic, made me a leader and instilled in me the value of teamwork.
Being a veteran gives me an enormous sense of pride. It also makes me feel fortunate and appreciate those who made the ultimate sacrifice with their service.
