As the officer in charge of the US anti-corruption efforts within the Afghan police and Army, I learned to take pride our adherence to the rule of law and how fragile that adherence may be.
Being a veteran means that I have a special obligation to ensure my fellow veterans are treated with the dignity they deserve - as well as quality health care, education, and employment opportunities.
