My military service has deeply ingrained in me discipline, determination, preparedness, adaptability, pursuit of excellence and integrity, all characteristics that have helped me become an efficient lawyer. It has also inspired me to become intricately involved in the Veterans at Sheppard affinity group at Sheppard Mullin, where I act as associate lead, and maintain an active pro bono practice focused on veteran pro bono work including veteran discharge upgrades and assisting veterans with their post-service business endeavors.

Being a veteran means to be part of a relatively small part of the population that has dedicated all or a significant part of our lives to something much bigger than ourselves.
