My service helped me understand the need for upholding an oath and fulfilling a duty. As an attorney, I have taken a similar oath that requires the same dedication to the position I have been entrusted with. Also, I have duties to my clients and the law that I respect and appreciate in a deeper way as a result of my service.
Being a veteran means I will always be connected to everyone who has served and everyone who will serve in the United States military. It will always be an honor to be counted amongst American service men and women.
