The Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) held its Judges' Night and Annual Meeting Thursday at the Irvine Marriott. Mei Tsang of Umberg/Zipser was sworn in as OCBA president, along with the 2025 board of directors, by Superior Court Judge Michelle E. Bell. Superior Court Judge Gail A. Andler (Ret.) received the "Franklin G. West" Award from the newly installed OCBA officers and OCBA's Charitable Funds directors.
