Signature Resolution expands into Central California with 3 veteran neutrals
Signature Resolution strengthens its statewide presence by joining forces with Common Ground Resolutions and adding two retired Kern County judges and a veteran trial attorney to its panel.

In a move aimed at bolstering its statewide footprint, Signature Resolution announced Tuesday it is expanding into Central California through a new partnership with Bakersfield-based Common Ground Resolutions.
The collaboration adds three seasoned legal professionals to Signature's roster, including retired Kern County Superior Court Judges David R. Lampe and Stephen D. Schuett, along with veteran trial attorney and mediator Thomas P. Feher.
"Our expansion into Central California marks a significant milestone for Signature Resolution, and we are honored to welcome Common Ground Resolutions to our firm, along with Judge Lampe, Judge Schuett and Thomas Feher," said Dario Higuchi, founding partner and managing member at Signature Resolution. "Their deep roots in the region, combined with Common Ground Resolutions' strong track record, provides top-tier dispute resolution services to attorneys and clients in Central California and beyond."
Lampe sat on the Kern County court for 15 years handling complex civil matters ranging from business and employment to real estate and water rights. Before his judicial appointment, he spent nearly 30 years as a civil trial attorney representing clients in agriculture, banking, and professional services.
Schuett sat on the Kern County court for 13 years, including a stint as supervising judge of the family law division. His background spans civil litigation, business valuations, property disputes, and child custody matters. Prior to the bench, he spent 25 years with the Kern County Counsel's Office, ultimately as assistant county counsel.
Feher, a former partner at LeBeau Thelen LLP, has 35 years of litigation experience spanning employment law, class actions, personal injury, probate and trust disputes, business litigation, and real estate.
Signature Resolution was founded in 2017 in Los Angeles. The company now has roughly 100 neutrals in offices in Bakersfield, Century City, downtown Los Angeles, Oakland, San Diego and Santa Clara. A San Francisco office opens later this month.
