Duane Morris partner Courtney Baird honored for professional excellence

San Diego partner Courtney L. Baird has been honored with the Margery Reed Professional Excellence Award by the Duane Morris Women's Impact Network for Success (WINS). The award recognizes attorneys who exemplify dedication to professional excellence and work-life balance.

A member of the firm's governing Partners Board and co-chair of the Commercial Litigation Division within the Trial Practice Group, Baird is celebrated for her mentorship of associates and her leadership within the firm. She represents businesses nationwide in complex litigation, including class actions, consumer claims, trade secret disputes, and business-to-business conflicts.

The award's namesake, the late Margery Reed, was a Duane Morris partner in Philadelphia known for her professionalism, mentorship, and service to colleagues and clients. Alongside Baird's recognition, Philadelphia partner Christiane Schuman Campbell received the Cheryl Bryson Leadership Award, which honors contributions to the advancement of women in the legal profession.
