A federal racketeering lawsuit by Uber Technologies faced a coordinated counterattack as Downtown L.A. Law Group, The Law Offices of Jacob Emrani and medical providers moved to dismiss claims that they colluded to fabricate medical bills and inflate litigation costs in personal injury cases against the rideshare giant.
